Zachary Carpenter is a seasoned builder and leader in the custom luxury home construction industry. As the president of To Better Days Building in Miami, Zachary has been dedicated to crafting exceptional homes, catering to both end-users and spec home developers. During the past decade, his commitment to delivering unparalleled quality and craftsmanship has solidified the company’s reputation as one of Miami’s premier custom home builders.

Zachary’s expertise is rooted in a strong foundation in architecture, having earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. After spending five years designing luxury homes as an architect, he transitioned to construction management, effectively integrating his knowledge of architecture and engineering into his residential projects. He has managed the construction of over a dozen ground-up custom homes, along with numerous renovations and build-outs, including high-profile waterfront properties in Miami Beach’s North Bay Road, La Gorce Island, Allison Island and Venetian Islands, as well as Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.

With a comprehensive skill set that includes roles as an architecture project manager, construction project manager, estimator, superintendent, and executive, Zachary excels at tackling complex projects and creating bespoke solutions. Licensed as a Florida State General Contractor, he brings diligence, organization, and a personable approach to every project.

A native of Fort Myers, Zachary now resides in Miami, where he continues to pursue his passion for building outstanding homes and solving unique challenges in construction.
